Job summary

Syner-G seeks an experienced Process Engineer to lead and support the successful transfer of manufacturing processes and technologies across development, clinical, and commercial facilities. You will evaluate readiness, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth implementation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field; 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer efforts between development, clinical, and commercial manufacturing sites.
• Identify gaps in process, equipment, facility, materials, and documentation for technology transfer.
• Develop technology transfer strategies to support clinical and commercial programs.
