Job summary

Indotronix in New Hampshire seeks a hands-on manufacturing operator to support end-to-end production on a 3x12 shift (Fri/Sat/Sun, 6:00–6:00). You will set-up, calibrate, build, rework and verify final quality across components and assemblies.

You’ll use computer-based tools to capture process data, adjust parameters in real time, and collaborate with engineers on tests and procedure improvements to keep output in spec.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of related experience if no degree.
• 2-year post-secondary/Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Computer skills with ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration, build, rework and final quality verification.
• Use software to collect and evaluate process data and make on-line adjustments.
• Assist in developing and improving procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers on test runs and experiments, documenting observations.
