Job summary

Indotronix UK is seeking a manufacturing assembler for a 6-month day-shift assignment in Hillsboro, OR. The role pays $23 per hour and involves hands-on assembly, data recording, and participation in process improvements.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience, with preference for lean, 6S and clean-room experience. PPE and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience required.
• Background in precision mechanical assembly and low-volume, sophisticated manufacturing processes required.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.
• Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.
• Conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Collect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process.
• Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.
• Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment.
• Perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Follow audit and safety guidelines.
• Participate in continuous process improvement.
