Barry Callebaut is seeking a Process Technology Manager to lead end-to-end process performance at our California site. You will drive SOPs, process capability, and automation initiatives, collaborating with R&D and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in process engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing Process/Operations management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS or MES.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain global process standards and SOPs.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day operations.
• Lead technology adoption on shop floor and manage change.
• Support NPI and Product Transfers with R&D.
• Implement automation, robotics, AI, and IoT to boost productivity.
• Use data analytics to drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
