Job summary

You will provide controls and instrumentation expertise for a variety of product inquiries and ensure compliance with customer specs for the AS SOLD package. Responsibilities include developing P&ID drawings, control panel BOMs, ISA data sheets, and control narratives for PLCs and DCS, coordinating with engineering, sales, and process teams to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree with preference for controls-focused discipline.
• Experience reading customer specifications and applying to AS SOLD equipment.
• Familiarity with ISA data sheets, control panels, and BOM development.

Responsibilities

• Review project packages to determine equipment scope for Zeeco.
• Develop P&ID drawings coordinating with project and process engineers.
• Create control panel BOMs including enclosures, relays, and PLCs.
• Develop ISA data sheets for transmitters, valves, and instruments.
• Prepare drawings for control panels, power distribution, and wiring diagrams.
• Draft control narratives and logic diagrams for PLCs/DCS.
• Prepare cable BOMs, routing plans, and schedules.
• Inspect and test equipment prior to shipment; travel to support commissioning.
