Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking an Engineering Technician to support production, QA, and CI projects. You will develop, test and troubleshoot fixtures, maintain calibration, and work with engineering to improve processes and costs on the York, PA site.

The role requires 1–5 years in QA/manufacturing, reading drawings, and familiarity with regulated medical devices. High school diploma or GED is required; degrees in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering Technician role requiring 1–5 years in QA/manufacturing.
• Bachelor or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus but not required.
• Experience reading drawings, schematics, manuals.
• Regulated industry experience (FDA/ISO/medical devices) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and troubleshoot benchtop test setups.
• Design and document test fixtures and processes for Manufacturing.
• Perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement tasks.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors and support QA and Engineering.
