Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking individuals in Royalton, VT for a Process Technician role with an established precision manufacturing and injection molding company. You will work with sophisticated manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and production issues, perform equipment setups, monitor product quality, and help keep production running smoothly.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 3/4-day schedule with guaranteed overtime.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with aptitude for figuring out how things work and why they aren’t working.
• Comfortable around equipment and automated systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and transfer skills to new environments.

Responsibilities
