Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Process Technician for a Royalton, Vermont facility. The role focuses on operating and optimizing injection molding equipment in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring high-quality, life‑critical medical device components.

Expect 12‑hour shifts and rotation with guaranteed overtime. You will perform setup, run production, document GMP‑compliant records, and collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvements, all in a modern, safety‑driven facility

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or comparable quality systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and complete technical documentation and production logs.
• Solid basic math and production analytics skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials to maintain consistent product quality
• Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate GMP-compliant documentation
• Troubleshoot and repair molding and auxiliary equipment as issues arise
• Start up new jobs and respond to production needs throughout your shift
• Conduct routine process audits and uphold 5S standards
• Work alongside Process and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical problems
• Monitor scrap, manage material flow, handle mold sets and pulls, and submit maintenance requests
• Analyze production data to flag improvement opportunities
• Support and mentor junior team members when leading shift operations

Shift Schedule – 12-hour shifts on a rotating 3/4 day cycle:

• B Shift: Sun-Tue + every other Wed, 6PM-6AM
• D Shift: Thu-Sat + every other Wed, 6PM-6AM

Shift placement based on current openings.

Your Day-to-Day
