Job summary

Plastipak is seeking a manufacturing operator to run extrusion and blow-molding equipment in a clean, climate-controlled Pineville, LA facility. You will monitor machines and adjust heat, water cooling, and hydraulic settings to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting quality checks for bottle weights and dimensions to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification or Secondary Education in Industrial, Electrical, Robotic, Mechanical, or Automotive Technology.
• Combination of relevant work experience and education demonstrating basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform essential duties.
