Job summary

Swift Solar is seeking a Process Technician for the swing shift to advance solar technology. You will specialize in product development and metrology — building efficient, reliable, and manufacturable modules that meet customer requirements.

Daily work includes reviewing plans with day shift staff, collaborating with engineers to execute module builds, encapsulation, environmental testing, and data collection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical lab or similar environment.
• Ability to follow complex instructions from scientists and engineers with attention to detail.
• Experience handling small, delicate samples and performing precise handwork.

Responsibilities

• Builds and tests modules, focusing on encapsulation methods and environmental testing.
• Reviews plans with day shift team, then executes module builds with engineers and scientists.
• Documents observations, analyzes data, and supports tool output, supply needs, and sample prep.
