Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician to join our team. You will support shifts with troubleshooting, maintain zone equipment to standard outputs, and work with engineers and maintenance to schedule tooling.

You will also drive improvements, document setups, and assist in new product development. You must have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a high school diploma, GED or equivalency.
• With technical experience in R&D, product test development, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
• Having a team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Working with the organization to support experimental and new product development.
• Effective written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Effective in a team environment as well as operating independently.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, OneNote, MS Outlook Exchange)
• Excellent customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the shift for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure zone equipment and processes meet and sustain standard production outputs.
• Coordinate tooling work with supervisors, process engineers and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing practices for finished goods.
• Propose corrective actions for ongoing manufacturing issues.
• Assist maintenance; ensure tooling is in place and checks are added to stay in process control.
