Job summary

P&A RECRUITING LLC is seeking a reliable Injection Molding Technician in Maryland to set up and assist with new production runs, operate and monitor injection molding equipment, and inspect finished parts for defects. You will ensure material handling, maintain quality, and support safe production in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and hands-on experience with plastic injection molding, machine setup, and quality inspection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous plastic injection molding experience required.
• Experience operating and monitoring injection molding machines.
• Experience with machine setup, production runs, material handling, and quality inspection.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic production or machine issues; understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to safely operate applicable tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable and able to work a full-time schedule.
• Ability to follow company safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities
