Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust equipment and process controls, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of downtime events with appropriate detail.
• Lead or co-lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Track metrics and use data to propose improvements.
• Support engineering in developing new processes and products for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal groups and outside vendors to troubleshoot equipment.
• Mentor and develop hourly Technicians.
