Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team supporting a brand new megafab located in the Silicon Prairie. This technician will interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved efficiently and effectively.

You will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material, helping to keep the line running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in wafer fabrication environment is implied by the role description.
• Ability to perform technical tests and experiments for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers.
• Monitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the line
• Test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Analyze manufacturing tool performance data and protect the line at all costs.
• Be the eyes and ears of the fab engineering team, highlight and drive solutions to challenges on the floor.
