The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or process technician experience preferred.
• Experience with thermal spray, plasma, HVOF, or similar processes is a plus.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, and quality inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Monitor process parameters and production quality throughout manufacturing runs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Handle raw materials and finished products using approved material-handling equipment.
• Complete production, maintenance, and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
