Job summary

SONOCO CANADA is seeking a Process Technician in Chatham, NY. The role includes starting up machines, inspecting molds for wear, documenting processes, and ensuring equipment performs across shifts. You will collaborate with maintenance and quality teams and must follow safety protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production environment and support daily maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance, material handling, inspectors, packers and quality control to ensure product specs and equipment performance.
• Responsible for accurate and thorough documentation and data communication across shifts and departments.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
