Job Description

Working hours: 8am - 5pm; 40+ hours/week; OT is expected.

Scope of Position:

• Responsible for semiconductor / MEMs processes including thin film depositions, wet etching, photolithography.
• Work with engineering to qualify new equipment, execute experiments, modify equipment and processes.
• Coordinate and execute experiments, including equipment setup, change management, tracking, and data collection.

Required Education: BS or related work experience.

Required Skills:

• Cleanroom experience, wet etch, deposition.
• Fluids handling; wet and dry processes.
• Equipment modifications and build.

Desired Skills:

• Experience across semiconductor / MEMs processes.
• Qualify new equipment, experiment execution, process modification.
• Coordinate experiments, setup, change management, data collection.
• Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE.
• Cleanroom protocols, fabrication of thin film structures or devices.
• Leadership experience in small teams or labs.
• Design of Experiments and execution.
