Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements)

• Machine setup and operation that includes mold, cutting die, and raw material changer.
• Setup machines from job to job
• Fill out Production Setup Sheet
• Assist other Process Techs
• Troubleshoot and repair machine.
• Fill out down time log
• Ensure machine is clean and all tools and items are in place
• Operate machinery.
• Priority is to keep machines running
• Perform roll changes on machines
• Remove scrap rolls from machine and place in baler area
• Ensure cartons are made
• Ensure area is clean around machines during and before shift ends and production run
• Perform quality inspection of product to ensure product is the correct specifications
• Instruct and assist packers
• Complete the packing process
• Ensure the material is at the machine and ready for production
• Place tooling in proper storage slot/bin after production run is complete
