About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. The Operating Partner is a key contributor, responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving production equipment and processes. This role combines technical proficiency with a proactive, team-based approach to drive safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you are empowered to make decisions, solve problems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving.
  • A willingness to work in a high-accountability environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
  • Technical trade certification or associate degree.
  • Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment for consumer goods.

Starting Hourly Wage: $26.10 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
