ManpowerGroup is seeking a Process Technician to join its manufacturing operations in Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on ensuring products are built, configured, tested, and processed according to established procedures and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or technical certification (or equivalent experience), with prior manufacturing exposure and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience working in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform product setup, configuration, testing, calibration, and upgrades following established work instructions and procedures.
• Execute product verification and quality checks to ensure compliance with production and customer requirements.
• Accurately document test results, production data, and process records.
• Identify and report product, process, or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring that products are built, configured, tested, and processed according to established procedures and quality standards. Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $29.44

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
