Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all employees.
• Startup and troubleshoot the injection molding process.
• Make adjustments to correct/prevent parts defects.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies.
• Assure IATF16949 compliance through procedure adherence.
• Assure IATF16949 compliance through procedure adherence and paperwork flow
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and orderliness in the area
• Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.
• Attend training as required.
• Assist in covering the manufacturing floor on weekends.

Job description

This position has responsibilities to perform mold setting, troubleshooting, and processing. Include but are not limited to the following:

• Assure the safety of all employees
• Ensure GBC (Process Baseline) is maintained.
• Startup and troubleshoot the injection molding process
• Make adjustments to correct/prevent parts defects.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies (more good parts per hour)
• Assure IATF16949 compliance through procedure adherence and paperwork flow
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and orderliness in the area
• Perform housekeeping chores as department requirements dictate.
• Attend training as required.
• Assist in covering the manufacturing floor on weekends.
