Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Process Technician for a Contract to Hire role in Camarillo, CA. You will support semiconductor wafer fabrication by performing photolithography, etching, thin film, and metals deposition in a cleanroom, following established manufacturing procedures and documenting process data.

Collab orate with engineering and production teams to improve process performance, quality, and yield. Requires 4+ years in wafer fabrication, hands-on lithography, etching, thin films, metals

• Strong understanding of cleanroom procedures and contamination control.

Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor wafer processing, including photolithography, etching, thin films, and metals deposition.
• Handle semiconductor wafers and sensitive components in accordance with cleanroom protocols.
• Record process data and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Monitor process performance and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
• Support process improvements to increase yield, quality, and throughput.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Job Summary

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
