Electrolux Group is seeking a Process Technician II for the 4th shift (weekend) to support safe, efficient production with strong quality control. You will adjust, set up, and autonomously maintain equipment while training operators and ensuring alignment with the production plan.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, data analysis, and leading changeovers in a high-speed manufacturing environment, using precision measurement tools and computer/tablet interfaces.

Formación

• Associates degree with 3 years of experience or high school diploma with 5 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools such as caliper, micrometer, protractor.
• Experience operating automated heavy equipment in a high-speed factory.
• Strong trouble shooting abilities and data analysis mindset.
• Participate in root cause analysis and use computers/tablets (iOS/Android).

Your main tasks:

• The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.

• Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.

• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree with 3 years of experience or High School diploma/GED and 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Must be proficient in the use of precision measurement equipment such as caliper, micrometer, and protractor.
• Proven past ability to operate automated heavy equipment at an advanced level in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Ability to demonstrate strong trouble shooting skills.
• Participate in root cause analysis of equipment or parts
• Must be able to operate a computer and a tablet (iOS and Android)
