Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician for the 4th shift on weekends in Springfield, TN. You will be an expert in manufacturing processes, setting up equipment, performing autonomous maintenance, and training operators to meet production plans safely and efficiently.

The role involves operating various equipment, daily productivity tracking, data analysis, and leading changeovers to meet quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or HS diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and set up equipment; perform autonomous maintenance; generate daily reports; train operators to ensure safe, efficient production with high quality.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments to meet quality and cycle-time requirements.
• Ensure production plan is accomplished in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education

Your main tasks:

• The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.

• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Must possess fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
• Ability to Ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
