Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of simulation engineering experience for mechanical systems.
• Strong proficiency with finite element modeling tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
• CAD skills with SolidWorks or Creo for model creation and integration.
• Solid understanding of material properties, structural mechanics, and thermal dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design for manufacturing and assembly studies.
• Perform simulations to predict mechanical behavior and heat dissipation.
• Analyze stress, strain, and failures under environmental and operational conditions.
• Develop simulation workflows for verification and validation.
• Identify design risks and propose mitigation strategies during disassembly.
• Simulate solder joint reliability and temperature cycling fatigue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
