Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a process engineer to drive operational performance at our Memphis site, leveraging multiple systems to support go-live and day-to-day operations.

In this role you will manage UAT scenarios, coordinate with the line manager, troubleshoot in real time, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the supply chain and manufacturing processes, with a focus on pharma and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Honors Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 3-4 years prior Process engineering experience.
• Experience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage.
• Lean six sigma qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete all UAT scenarios as assigned by line manager
• Escalation of issues through documented escalation procedure
• Identifying areas of improvement in day-to-day Operations
