Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Contingent Systems Process Engineer to support warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), and automation systems in a hybrid onsite/remote role. You will help ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

The role requires experience with WMS/OMS and automation, strong problem-solving and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across IT, automation, and client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in WMS and OMS, automation, and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS & OMS software solutions for various projects.
• Configure systems for day-to-day operations.
• Conduct user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, automation teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyze system integration with SAP & client systems (preferred).
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Travel required based on client needs.
