Velux Deutschland GmbH seeks a procurement data specialist to govern Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes, ensuring compliance across Purchasing operations and collaborating on global projects.
You will drive process improvements, provide training, and act as the main contact for process questions, leveraging Lean principles and SAP/Ariba tools. A hybrid work setup supports work-life balance and collaboration.
Our Responsibilities Provide governance and support for Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes. Ensure process compliance and governance across Purchasing operations. Participate in local and global projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and implementation of new solutions. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and business continuity. Facilitate effective communication between the Business, Process Experts, and VELUX Operations India (VOI Procurement). Act as the first point of contact for process-related queries, providing support, guidance, and training to end users and colleagues. Support the management of deviations from standard process flows using Lean principles. Contribute to the development and standardization of purchasing processes and best practices.
