Job summary

VELUX Group in Warsaw is seeking a Process Specialist in Procurement Operations to govern Vendor Master Data and Material Master, ensuring process compliance and supporting local and global projects.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, drive Lean improvements, provide training, and help standardize purchasing processes while operating in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Vendor Master Data and/or Material Master processes.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Purchasing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba SLP and SBN.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and support for Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes.
• Ensure process compliance and governance across Purchasing operations.
• Participate in local and global projects, including process improvements and system enhancements.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, recommend solutions and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with team for knowledge sharing and business continuity.
• Facilitate communication between the Business, Process Experts, and VOI Procurement.
• Act as the first point of contact for process-related queries, providing training to end users.
• Support deviations from standard process flows using Lean principles.
