Responsibilities

• Promote and execute safe work practices at the Ottawa facility.
• Manage the set‑up department, ensuring timely, accurate work.
• Identify mold issues and advise changes to optimize tooling.
• Collaborate with PDE and engineering on new tooling and molds.
• Maintain daily change listings and report to plant management.
• Supervise resources to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide training to new employees and operators.
• Coordinate with customer service, scheduling, and engineering on upcoming jobs.
