Ideal candidates include licensed private investigators, experienced process servers, and current or former law enforcement professionals who can deliver accurate, timely service with professional conduct.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts:
• Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
