Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking dependable Process Servers to provide reliable civil process service in Washington, PA and surrounding areas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We’re looking for professionals with experience and signed court appointments, reliable transportation, and strong communication and documentation skills.

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Active auto insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 3 attempts (morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts
• Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses.
  • Submit detailed attempt notes.
  • Record service or non-service outcomes.
