Job summary

Titan Corp in New York is seeking a Process Server to deliver legal documents in accordance with NY state laws. This role requires sharp attention to detail, time management, and the ability to accurately document service attempts and completions.

You will work primarily in the field, traveling across assigned routes, coordinating with attorneys and courts, and maintaining thorough affidavits. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New York driver1s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and understand legal documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents
• Maintain compliance with New York State laws, regulations, and court rules governing service of process.
• Complete affidavits of service and other required legal documentation accurately and timely.
• Document all service attempts, including dates, times, locations, and outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, courts, and residents
• Manage assigned routes and prioritize service requests to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
• Submit completed paperwork and status updates within established timelines.
