Job summary

ProVest in Minnesota is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in MN, with flexible schedules and the ability to work across evenings and weekends.

You will use PVLS and PSO Mobile to manage assignments, document attempts with GPS photos, and coordinate with courthouses to pick up and email documents.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and tech access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email.

Qualifications

• ,Minnesota residency required or preferred near listed county.
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, including morning, evening, and weekend windows.
• All attempts must be documented with GPS-enabled photos via ProVest mobile app.
• Willingness to visit local courthouses to pick up filings and email them back on request.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting and documentation.

Applicants must reside inMinnesota, preferably nearJacksonCounty.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs.
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Requirements

• Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred).
• Complete3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, depending on client requirements, including attempts during:
  • Before 9:00 AM
  • After 6:00 PM
  • Weekends
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs.
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
