Job summary

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota. Applicants must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Cottonwood County.

Responsibilities include serving documents, managing assignments with PVLS & PSO Mobile, documenting attempts with GPS photos, planning routes, and returning reports accurately and on time. Flexible availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Residency in Minnesota, preferably near listed counties.
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment with documented proof.
• Ability to travel to local courthouses and use GPS-enabled reporting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Comfort with mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Overview

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents inMinnesota (MN).

Applicants must reside inMinnesota, preferably nearCottonwoodCounty.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs.
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines.
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Requirements

• Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred).
• Complete3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, depending on client requirements, including attempts during:
  • Before 9:00 AM
  • After 6:00 PM
  • Weekends
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs.
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
