Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, CSP preferred, and 8+ years in chemicals manufacturing with PSM experience. Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred.
• CSP designation is preferred.
• 8+ years of site or division level chemical manufacturing experience.
• PSM experience and safety auditing experience.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PSM and risk management programs.
• Evaluate site performance and lead improvements.
• Monitor and revise PSM and RMP to meet OSHA/EPA/DEQ requirements.
• Manage audit programs for the Plaquemine facility.
• Develop training for compliance and improvement.
• Provide regulatory guidance.
• Support management alignment with safety strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.
