Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Process Safety Management/Engineer to lead our process safety initiatives, develop safety procedures, and ensure OSHA compliance. You will manage PHA analyses, training, and documentation for the site.

The role requires deep knowledge of PSM principles, regulatory requirements, and DoD safety considerations, with senior-level experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of relevant experience; alternative paths allowed with more experience.
• Experience leading PSM programs and sitewide ownership.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM and related safety regulations, including DoD contractor requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage process safety initiatives and programs at the Camden, AR site.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and conduct risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Serve as the sitewide PSM point of contact and lead.
• Conduct process hazard analyses (PHA) and manage explosive safety considerations.
• Maintain PSM documentation and SOPs, review PSI with process owners.
• Facilitate safety training and support incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety audits and inspections; enforce preventative measures.
