As a Process Safety Engineer you will work closely with the Manufacturing plants, Technology, Global Engineering and Regional Quality and EHS functions in the VWTS business. You are able to identify process safety risks within the chemical manufacturing operations and will be responsible for developing mitigation strategies and programs.
In this critical role, you’ll provide technical guidance, direction and training to plant staff and
operators on process chemistry and process safety, ensuring awareness and adhesion to
operational parameters and safety limits. You’ll lead and provide onsite support for start-up trials on new and/or improved processes, participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
