Job summary

South Jersey Industries (SJI) is seeking an Engineering Process Safety Documentation Intern to support PSI and engineering documentation for industrial facilities. You will assist with organization, tracking, and archiving of critical process safety information and design documents within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• Interest in engineering systems, process safety, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, store and retrieve engineering and process safety documents.
• Maintain PSI files including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment data sheets and procedures.
• Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, issued and archived per procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors and vendors on docs.
• Support document management workflows and templates.
