South Jersey Industries (SJI) is seeking an Engineering Process Safety Documentation Intern to support PSI, engineering records, and project deliverables in a fast-paced environment. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to organize documents, maintain PSI files, and assist with audits across projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with process safety concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, track, store, and retrieve engineering docs.
• Maintain Process Safety Information (PSI) files and engineering data sheets.
• Assist with document control across projects (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup).
• Aid in audits of engineering files and workflows.
• Prepare reports and metrics on deliverables and documentation status.
