Responsibilities

• Examine material or product for defects.
• Compare product with customer/company specs and quality standards.
• Verify specified dimensions of product.
• Ensure each workstation has a specification sheet.
• Reject defective parts.
• Perform function tests on products.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections.
• Assist in training others on product specs and methods.
• Observe production lines to suggest process improvements.
• Read actual cycle times of injection molding machines.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
