Job summary

Coating Place Inc. is seeking a QA Associate I, Process Quality Inspector in Verona, WI to support the Production Department. A strong floor presence will ensure quality in manufacturing operations and collaboration with supervision and operators.

New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role is a full-time, 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) with a 6% shift differential. Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry quality or cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary for job performance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Works with Production personnel to ensure CPI practices, policies, and procedures.
• Performs routine inspections/audits on personnel, procedures, equipment, and products.
• Provides leadership to Production personnel on quality issues.
• Initiates deviations and documents initial investigations.
• Contributes to quality investigations and may lead investigations.
• Initiates, maintains, and dispositions non-conformances.
• Assists in training Production personnel.
• Follows all CPI cGMP and safety practices.
