Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a Remote Process Quality Coordinator for our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group. You will help manage quality reviews, ensure proper documentation, and support case integrity from home in Michigan.

No automotive experience required; we value attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Work-life balance is supported with a Monday–Friday schedule and remote collaboration with the RVM team.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in customer care preferred.
• Able to work 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction quality reviews for the repurchase process and RVM groups.
• Ensure required document collections meet state requirements.
• Verify the reliability and integrity of case information with the team.
• Evaluate transactions for quality and deliver feedback.
• Review repurchase packets and settlement offers for client guidelines.
• Contribute to case analysis per state requirements.
• Provide timely solutions via calls, chats, emails and other channels.

About the Role

Location: Remote – Michigan residents

Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home?

As a remote Process Quality Coordinator in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, we'll train you to manage performance and quality. No automotive experience required! We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and precision to help us provide the best experience possible for our clients and their customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage transaction quality review on cases for the repurchase process and reacquired vehicle management (RVM) groups
• Make sure that required document collections are accurate per state requirements
• Work with team members and Senior Coordinators to verify the reliability and integrity of case information
• Evaluate transactions for quality and deliver feedback
• Review case setup to ensure repurchase packets are correct
• Review repurchase settlement offers to ensure they align with client guidelines
• As assigned, help think critically about the case per state requirements
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Bachelor’s degree (OR, high school diploma or equivalent with three or more years of customer care experience* (*previous work in call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, banking, mortgages, or any role where you interacted with customers))
• Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Required internet setup:
  • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
  • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
