Qualifications
5+ years of experience in process pumps and electro-mechanical equipment.
Ability to analyze system failures and implement corrective solutions.
Comfortable working with industrial equipment and chemicals.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for process pump systems.
Perform diagnostics and repairs, including root cause analysis.
Support field activities including startup and customer training.
Act as a key resource for customers and distributors.
Plan and execute field service assignments from scope to reporting.
Skills
Hands-on experience with process pumps
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license
Education
Associate’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering technology

Repair tracking systems (SAP or similar)
