What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment, distribution, and rehabilitation
- Coordinate with clients, control budgets, ensure quality, and manage staff
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and detailed reports
- Conduct design calculations and analyses, and select preferred alternatives
- Provide construction support services, including bid evaluations and change order assessments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; Master's preferred
