What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead project teams, setting direction and ensuring clarity on objectives, schedules, and budgets
2. Establish effective communication methods for team interactions and client engagements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. BS degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering or Science field
2. 12+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility
3. Experience managing project scopes in the range of $100,000 - $500,000
4. PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
5. Proficiency in standard computer programs and project management tools, including MS Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. MS and/or MBA degree in Civil, Environmental, or related field
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
3. Previous supervisory or mentoring experience
