Kenvue is seeking a Process/Project Engineering Co-Op in Fort Washington, PA. This 4–9 month, full-time onsite role helps students build leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical experience in a consumer products facility.

The position requires engineering enrollment, 40 hours/week, January 2027 start, with potential extension through September 2027. Pay ranges from $20 to $45 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commit to at least 4 months at 40 hours per week starting January 2027 through April 2027, with potential extension.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Washington, PA and have reliable daily transportation.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
• Proficient in Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

What you will do

The Process/Project Engineering Co-Op is a 4 to 9 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is an full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support of daily activities on-site within the facility, including but not limited to:
• Project Management Support.
• Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving.
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics.
• Validation Activity Support.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Systems, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 4 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing through April 2027 with an opportunity to extend through September 2027
• Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Washington, PA
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is highly preferred
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
• Passionate about the consumer health industry
