Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for a Process/Project Engineer Co-Op (Jan–July) in Lititz, PA. The role offers a 6–12 month full-time learning experience to develop leadership, technical and communication skills in a consumer products environment.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with a 3.0+ GPA, able to commit 40 hours weekly, and capable of using Excel, PowerPoint and Windows tools. Hybrid on-site work location is in Lititz, PA.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available for at least 5–6 months, 40 hours/week, Jan 2027–Jun 2027, with potential extension.
• Minimum GPA 3.0; proficient in Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a: Process/ Project Engineering Co-op (Spring / Summer 2027)

The Process/ Project Engineering Co-Op is a 6 to 12 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support of daily activities on-site within the facility, including but not limited to:
• Project Management Support
• Data Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving
• Supporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics
• Validation Activity Support

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)
• Ability to commit to at least a 5 to 6 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing until at least June 2027 with an opportunity to extend into the Summer / Fall of 2027.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at a minimum
• Ability to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications

• Exhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Displays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Demonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard / reporting tools
• Passionate about the consumer health industry

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:

$20.00 - $45.00
