Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC, is seeking a Process Specialist to identify opportunities for making products and processes more robust through project delivery, process control, systems implementation, and personnel development.

You will analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations to promote continuous improvement, prioritizing loss reduction and using troubleshooting skills to resolve outages and boost product, machine, and people performance.

Formación

• BS Degree in engineering/science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with mechanical drive systems.
• Experience in establishing and controlling process settings.
• Strong background in adhesive systems, air systems and bonding technologies.
• Basic understanding of electrical components.
• Good knowledge of analytical troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing plant support equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to write work instructions, create visual guides, flow charts, training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Execute assigned projects and action items to meet safety, schedule, cost, and engineering/operational goals.
• Collaborate with the project team to define scope, estimate cost, identify resources, and provide timelines.
• Provide installation and operational support from a process perspective for product, equipment, and process changes.
• Prepare, execute, analyze results, and prepare summary reports for phase 2 & 3 trial plans and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Train impacted personnel and ensure changes are documented.
• Track open items through to completion.
• Be a technical resource for unplanned consultation and recovery/improvement of manufacturing and systems processes.
• Develop and document process controls and use data to improve CTQ parameters and productivity.
• Identify and lead improvements to equipment, products, materials, and procedures.
