About the Role

This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product consistency through data-driven analysis and the implementation of best practices. You will work closely with plant operations, quality control, and R&D to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of changes. The ideal candidate is passionate about continuous improvement and possesses strong analytical skills to tackle complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in yield, energy consumption, and waste reduction.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, including statistical process control (SPC) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new process technologies or modifications to existing ones.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of process equipment.
• Document process changes, best practices, and operational guidelines.

Requirements
